Family Connect

Guardian Angel Homes is pleased to make Family Connect available to family members and guardians of our residents. Family Connect is an online portal that allows registered users to see a current list of prescribed medications, recent vitals, physician and insurance and other information that we have on file for their loved one. Additionally, current and upcoming meal menus, activity calendars, as well as pictures and slide shows from recent activities are available to all registered Family Connect users.
