AdministratorCecilia OwsleyRN, BSN, Administrator Cecilia Owsley RN, BSN, Administrator for the Guardian Angel Homes in Post Falls, Idaho. Mrs. Owsley has a deep compassion for ensuring quality of care is delivered to the elderly. Having her start in long-term care when she was just 16 years old her passion deepened quickly and became the driving force as she developed her career. She gained her baccalaureate in nursing and is currently working on her Master’s of Science in Nursing in Health Systems Leadership through Gonzaga University. She holds licenses as a registered nurse in Idaho and Washington and is always looking for ways to continue her education. Her commitment to advancing holistic nursing care and pioneering the course of the future keeps her an active member of the American Nurses Association, American Holistic Nurses Association, and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Mrs. Owsley began her career with the Guardian Angel Homes in Lewiston Idaho, when it opened in 2001. Cecilia has held a variety of positions with Guardian Angels homes over the years including; care giver, assistant administrator and registered nurse. This history has given her essential insight into the day to day workings of assisted living, preparing her for her role as the Administrator. Cecilia’s brings over a decade of experience in a variety of long term care and hospital settings, which has enabled her to provide excellent leadership in the care of the elderly. Additional work experience has fine tuned her leadership skill and consists of, critical care nurse and Staff Development Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility. Her transformational leadership style empowers staff to achieve excellence, making her a great asset to the company. Her open door policy invites families and staff to approach her with their questions, comments and concerns. Cecilia is committed to your loved one and their care. |
