Independent Living

In addition to our Assisted Living and Memory Care services, Guardian Angel Homes has independent rental apartments available for seniors (55+) who are able to live independently, but appreciate the added security of our community setting. Renters are more than welcome to join in the scheduled activities and outings at no additional cost. Our spacious apartments include all utilities (electricity, gas, basic cable, water, sewage and garbage). Each apartment is equipped with a washer & dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove & fireplace. We also provide on-going maintenance for any need that may arise, putting you at ease that all concerns will be handled. Don’t feel like cooking dinner today? Meal services may be provided for a minimal fee. Approximate sizes of our apartments are below:
